Thank you for choosing Blush Bites. Because we specialize in custom and made-to-order baked goods, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and order issues. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Made to Order Items
All of our products are custom-made and prepared specifically for your order. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

We do not offer refunds or returns on completed and delivered orders.
Order Cancellations

We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you intend to cancel your order

Cancellation fees may apply depending on preparation work already completed.

Order Issues and Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order:

You must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Refunds or store credits are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our items

Alternatively, we are happy to replace your order if it is incorrect ​
Pickup Responsibility

Once an order has been picked up:

Blush Bites is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.

If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please notify us so we can make arrangements for your order.
