Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Blush Bites. Because we specialize in custom and made-to-order baked goods, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and order issues. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Made to Order Items

All of our products are custom-made and prepared specifically for your order. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on completed and delivered orders.

Order Cancellations

  • We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you intend to cancel your order

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on preparation work already completed.

Order Issues and Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Refunds or store credits are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • We do not offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our items

  • Alternatively, we are happy to replace your order if it is incorrect â€‹

Pickup Responsibility

  • Once an order has been picked up:

  • Blush Bites is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.

  • If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please notify us so we can make arrangements for your order.
